Can you please tell us WHY we can't change a user name? It is an important REBRANDING issue. If we have paid for a subscription, we should be able to change our USER name instead of having to OPEN A WHOLE NEW ACCOUNT. You guys are geniuses, you can do anything. Won't you please reconsider working this out for us. It's obvious that enough people need it.
