I am contacting you on behalf of a mutual client, Thoroughbred Ford. We are a 3rd party CRM provider and you are sending leads to us that are not being formatted correctly and no all the lead information is making it into our CRM system. Can I please have someone to contact me regarding this issues as soon as possible so we can get this resolved for the dealership? I can be reached at (832) 326-1753. I'm not sure if you are sending the leads through email or through Webhook or through our API, but I think our API Team can help you about this matter. You can send them an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

When contacting our API team, I would suggest letting them know how or what are the methods you use to collect the leads. If you can send them a link, that would be great so they can inspect and/or test it for you.
