First the form was set to disabled without my changing the status. Now when I hit submit, the form displays "This form is unavailable". Please check and let me know as soon as possible how to correct the status of this form. Thank you, Jim 920-629-9997

I can see what you mean:
The form is enabled, and there is no any limitation or restriction on its settings.
I tried clearing forms cache, but it did not work. Maybe the form is corrupted, please try cloning your form and work with a cloned version: https://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-your-account

No luck with cloning the form. Any other ideas? Thanks

Hi,
Try accessing you form again. I disabled and re-enabled it again and upon testing I was successfully redirected to the paypal page.
Kindly confirm if it is the same on your end.
