Reply to submissions limit reached?

    I cannot find the infomation relating to replying to submission forms and there limits for a free user

    Hi,

    We have hourly limits on the number of submissions replies or forwarding. Currently, free users are limited up to 2 submissions replies/forward per hour. We had to do this because spammer abused this feature to send spam using our servers. 

     

    The limits are higher for Premium/Professional users. So, if you really need this feature, you should probably consider to upgrade your account.

    Hi -Thanks for taking the time to reply to my question.

    Yes 2 replies per hour is very low and I have not been able to send any since I asked the question.

    It would be good if JotForm had a kind of pay as you go plan - as we would only need such a feature once or twice a year for a relatively small number of submission, rather than signing up all year round. Do you have any plans to do that?

    You do not need to upgrade to a yearly subscription, you can go monthly, please check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-upgrade-my-account
