discontinue the renewal of form?

I don't want this form to renew but I want to retain the content...can this be done without losing the content?

I'm not quite sure if I fully understand your question.

Are you asking if your form will retain all its data if you don't renew your jotform subscription?

Or are you asking if there is a way to stop the form from being used further and keep its data?

I want to make sure I’m not getting charged for this form as long as its disabled. How do I make sure of this?

Seems like you want to cancel the subscription since you are not using the form (it looks disabled) so, I went ahead and cancelled.  You should not be charged any more.
