I am not able to update our cloned form; when I try to update or delete last year's events, it deletes the whole section.
Thank you for providing a screen shot of how to edit the form. I had already gotten to that point, but I am still unable to update individual items under Events. See the link below to our form.

I have cloned your form and I noticed that you have payment fields inside of your form. If you want to delete some of products inside of payment field then when you open payment field simply click on Delete Product option.
If you want to update the products click on product name and Product Details option will show. When you finish with changing your payment field save the changes you made.
I was able to delete and update products inside of my cloned form.
