We noticed that Jotform wasn't logging the date of generation for our forms yesterday. Today I went into the control panel to see what's going on, and can't view the elements of the form to edit, but am presented with a blank screen in the edit panel. What is up?

If I correctly understand the issue you are having, you are saying that you could not properly use the Form Builder.
Were you seeing the screen similar to this?
Can you please try re-login after restarting the browser.
1. Use this link to login http://www.jotform.com/login
2. Go to your My Forms page
3. And select the form you want to Edit.
