Is there a limit to the number of fields I can have in a form?

I need to build out a fairly large New Patient Questionnaire that will have well over 100 fields.

Are there any limitations I need to be aware of in building a form that large?

There's no set limit but I would recommend dividing the form into separate pages, as explained in this guide, so as not to overwhelm users with too much info at once.
