Hi, just been notified that I have reached my limit of 10 monthly submissions on my free Jotform account.

    Couple of questions.

    1. When does the month start? Calendar or based upon the account start date?

    2. If I elect to pay is that a month to month obligation?

    Regards,

    John McDaniel

    Hi,

Upon checking your account, you have already reached your SSL submission limit which is 10 per month (you have 12 already). Please check our pricing page here: http://www.jotform.com/pricing. For Free plan, you are allowed 100 regular submissions (non https), 10 SSL submissions (https or secure form), and 10 payments received. Please check this guide regarding SSL submissions: http://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions.

Please do take note that when you reached any of the submission limits, all of your forms will temporarily be disabled. To continue using the forms, you need to upgrade to a higher plan OR you can wait for the counters to reset which happens every 1st day of the month.

For your questions, the submission counts are per month and the counters reset every 1st day of the month, giving you a fresh start. The subscriptions, however, starts from the day you purchase, example: You purchase Premium monthly plan on July 14, that subscription runs on that day and you are billed every 13th/14th of the month.

For this time, I will adjust your SSL counter from 12 to 8 as I see you seem to be a new user. This will reactivate your form/s. But I can only do this once, if you reached your submission limits again, you will need to upgrade or wait for the counter to reset.

If you want to use the 100 regular submissions, make sure that you are not using https:// or https://secure in your Form URL or in your embed code src. Please refer to the guide I shared above regarding SSL submissions.

If you need more assistance on this, please do let us know.

    Thanks.
