    Hi,

I have been having trouble with the page break function in my form. Several of my responders have said that the 'next' button is not working and does not allow for clicking through. I have heard from maybe 15 or so people who had this problem using different browsers over the past two weeks, but it does not seem to be malfunctioning for everyone (I have over 600 successful submissions)

Is this a function that has issues often? I would rather take it out of my form than continue to turn away submitters, but I thought I would check to see if you could find the glitch. Ideally I would like to have page breaks because it makes the form easier to navigate.

    here is my form link:

    I appreciate your help!

    thanks

There is a conflict between the form's embed code and some JS libraries in your page. Please re-embed the form using the iFRAME  method.
