I've read through a few of the responses to this question and tried typing in my information on the Plimus website and nothing seems to match up. I've had this account for about two years and have changed emails a few times since then so I'm sure I don't have the information they sent me when I first signed up. Is there a simpler way to do it from the JotForm website? If not, could you possibly come up with one?

The instructions you have read about Plimus will work only for credit card paid subscriptions. Upon checking our records, it appears that your subscription is paid via Paypal. Thus, your billing information is dependent on your Paypal account settings.
You will have to log in to your Paypal account to be able to manage how your JotForm subscription is paid.
