How can I avoid getting the pop ups which plague my PC whenever I've been on Jotform?

Asked by kevinkinnon on July 14, 2015 at 05:21 AM

Recently  I have been plagued with pop ups and have had to get my PC cleaned a number of times.  I now believe the pops up re start every time I log onto jotform.

On the screen shot you will see the link that we give to our candidates who wish to register with us, having just had a query about the form from one of our candidates, I clicked on the link, which used internet explorer to open - once again I've got pop ups!

The same problem does not seem to occur if the link is opened in Google chrome

I have checked you form on all of my browsers and did not encounter the popups, it seems your browsers have been infected with an adware.

For Firefox you can do a complete refresh.

Kindly visit this page for instructions on how to mitigate this problem

Are your clients facing the same issue?

Hi - thanks for that, I will have a look at this page.

The other problem that has come to light from a client is an autoresponder that is being sent out once they have submitted their registration form.... I have covered personal details here for data protection but you can get the jist....  This obviously needs to be removed.. Could you please help us with this?

    Hi,

If you do not need the autoresponder you can delete it from the email section.

You can also edit the autoresponder email and remove portions that you don't want included in the email that is sent out to the client
