How can i create conditional section form?

I want to create a form which will have multiple sections.Each section will have its own elements.I need to hide and show the elements based on confitions

You can create a conditional section form by utilizing the form collapse element under survey section

You can then place common element under this section (elements under the section automatically belong to the form collapse above it).

You can then use conditions to show/hide different form breaks based on conditions.
