I have a Word Document that I want to convert to an editable PDF. I haven't been able to figure out how to do that on your website. Let me know if this is possible.

Hello bryanjthomas,
Please be noted that it is not possible to import a word document in JotForm.
I would suggest you to please share word document with us and we try to help you create a similar form. Once you have your form ready, its just a matter of time to convert it to PDF form.
Thank you!

It is a five page document. 23 questions, with roughly 50 editable fields required. Can you provide a rough estimate on cost to create? If I proceed, I would have to get corporate approval to send more document details.

Our form builder is generally easy to use, so you might consider creating the form manually.
