    Form Submission Not Received - Did Receive PayPal Payment

    Hello,

     

    I am testing my form, and after I hit submit, it takes me to PayPal, where I completed transaction, but it never took me back to a confirmation page of any kind, and I also never received the order form via email, but I did receive the PayPal payment.. 

     

    Please help..

    Jen, it seems that you might not have set up your Instant Payment Notification (IPN) on your PayPal account, so PayPal never notified us that the payment has been complete. That is why these submissions are pending as Incomplete Payments on your Submissions page.

    Please enable IPN on your PayPal by following the guide linked above, and from that moment on, you should be receiving your email notifications as soon as the payments are confirmed by PayPal. You can read more about it on our Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ page.
