What is JotForm?
JotForm is a free online form builder which helps you create online forms without writing a single line of code. No sign-up required.
At JotForm, we want to make sure that you’re getting the online form builder help that you need. Our friendly customer support team is available 24/7.
We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum threads are public and available to be searched and viewed. If you’d like help immediately, feel free to search for a similar question, or submit your question or concern.
I can see that you have already opened another thread describing the same issue:
In the future, please open only one thread per issue, so that we can avoid confusion and better assist you. s it seems that you have provided more details in this thread, I'll continue my support in this thread.
I assume that you are talking about the Get PDF function on the Submissions page.
I have logged into your account and downloaded one random PDF submission of each of your two online forms, and the PDF looks OK as far as I can tell. All fields are present and correctly filled. (I have blurred some fields in the screenshot to protect the privacy of your submitters.)
If this is not what you are getting when clicking on the Get PDF button, please try clearing your browser cache and then try downloading it again.
If, on the other hand, you would actually like to print your form exactly as it looked to the submitter when they have filled out your form, you can do so by following our guide:
I hope this helps. Please let us know it you need further assistance.
