Get PDF is not working correctly

    I assume that you are talking about the Get PDF function on the Submissions page.

    I have logged into your account and downloaded one random PDF submission of each of your two online forms, and the PDF looks OK as far as I can tell. All fields are present and correctly filled. (I have blurred some fields in the screenshot to protect the privacy of your submitters.)

    If this is not what you are getting when clicking on the Get PDF button, please try clearing your browser cache and then try downloading it again.

    If, on the other hand, you would actually like to print your form exactly as it looked to the submitter when they have filled out your form, you can do so by following our guide:
