I have a need to insert a text box, immediately before an item selection.
Its purpose is to describe if a person should select it, based on previous
selections they have made, of course, it's still optional if they do or not.
I haven't figured out how to insert just a text field prior to a product selection.
I am a novice, so have no html experience.

Upon checking the Form URL that you shared, it seems that you have disabled it, which means we're unable to check what you would like to accomplish. You can follow this guide on how to enable your form: http://www.jotform.com/help/180-How-to-Enable-Disable-a-Form.
Regarding your concern, you would like to add a text description just before the product or are you adding a text box that they can input?
If you could share us a screenshot of what you would like to accomplish that would help us a lot.
We'll wait for your response.

Just before the last entry on the form of " Additional or non-member Rideshirt",I would like to put a text/comment line about if they should or shouldn't enteranything in the box. The default will be no, but this would be something thatthey could order extra.
Basically I would just like to enter a text line that says "Additional Costs not included with your registration"
Thanks in advancejeff
