I cannot access my forms this morning. I use email@example.com as my user ID. Please contact me or advise me what I may be doing wrong. I recently upgraded my account to monthly subscription. Not sure if that may be the cause.

I checked our records and was unable to find an account associated with your email address. I also did not find any payments associated with that address. If you the URL or ID for any of your forms, we can tell you exactly which account they are associated with. Let us know and we will be happy to have another look. If you have your subscription confirmation number, that will help as well.
