How can I make the PDF form smaller in pages from the conversion

Asked by spaalexis on July 14, 2015 at 02:55 PM

When I convert the form to a pDF it is 10 pages? How can I fix this so it is not so long? Also the electronic signature in PDF does not work.

    Thank you for contacting us.

The PDF forms are created based on the web forms layout. I have created a more compact version of your form named "[Clone] New Client Health History Form" under your account. It should be a 7 pages long form when converted to 'PDF with page breaks'.

Our drawing signature fields are not fully supported on PDFs. You might consider adding a E-Signature widget (it will add a Text Area on PDF) instead of the Smooth Signature widget.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

I had a e-signature before and it was not working. Let me try it again.

I added the e- signature to both. I will have to test it later. Hopefully they work.
