I want it so when some recieves the email they can hit the reply all and there are several emails we have established that it would go to. As it is now you can't see all the other people that the email goes to.
Thanx for the help.

Hi, are you referring to your customer (person who filled up the form) getting an autoresponder with multiple reply-to email addresses?
Note that when you create an Email Alert, (Setup & Embed > Email Alerts), you can set the recipient for each notification/alert item by hitting the button as shown below:
Can you give us more details like recipients, etc. You may also point us to a form ID so we can assist further.

No, I have that all figured out. Here is the form link... but thats not where the issue is. Its when the person recieves the email from your servers... I want to put more specific emaill address in the reply to so when they reply all they send it several people when they reply.
Here is the form but attached is a image of what I am refering to.

I'm assuming you have an Autoresponder setup. The Sender E-mail: is the one that shows as the Reply-To when a notification is sent out. Unfortunately, it's not allowing us to have multiple email addresses in there. If you try to put several email addresses, it defaults to email@example.com
I understand that the Reply-to address is meant for just a single mailbox account. I have pinged our Tier 2 about this so we can have some clarification.

Hi, is there a way to use the cc. and put more emails there?

Our email service is configured to send a seperate email to each of the email addresses in your recipients list.
This is how it functions, so unfortunately you wont be able to attain the reply-to-all function that you seek.
May a suggest a possible workaround to acheive the functionality you are looking for?
Have JotForm send the email notification to one address, then for that email account, set up a rule to recognise a message coming from firstname.lastname@example.org then forward the message to all the people you want the notification to go to as cc's.
I realise its not quite deal, but with a bit of time spent setting it up, it should work well.
Hope that helps.

I have several other forms that I do with you and they have all the email address in the email, see image below. how can it do it with this one and not the other?

I am not quite sure what you mean. Can you add a little more detail just so that I can grasp what your saying, please?
The relevant forms' ID/URL would probably be useful as well.

With this form When I add emails to where the forms are to be sent it only shows that its sent to me, even thought I have a few other emaill address in it.
But this form below when I get the email it shows me all the email address its going to... se above pic circled in orange... that is what I want for the form above when I get them. This allows me to reply to all the people in the list who get the email.

OK, this is new functionality on me. Sorry that I was unaware of it.
But, anyway, if you use email@example.com as your Sender Email, it will indeed send one email to all of your recipients .
e.g from: firstname.lastname@example.org to: email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com
But if you use an email field from your form as the Sender Email of your notification, each one of the email addresses in your recipients list will get a seperate email.
e.g from: firstname.lastname@example.org to: email@example.com
from: firstname.lastname@example.org to: email@example.com
from: firstname.lastname@example.org to: email@example.com
Hope that helps give color to the options you have.
