can deleted submissions be restored

I had to delete submission forms due to space constraints but need copies of them, if that is possible. Please let me know if they are saved somewhere. If that requires some sort of membership, I am happy to join.

Unfortunately, once your submissions are deleted, they are completely removed from our system.  They cannot be recovered, subscriber or not. 

If you had email notifications setup along with your forms, there is a log of your email notifications:

You can recover whatever data was forwarded to you by email from those logs.
