I have the payment option on my form, but I have not received payment via Paypal.

You must ensure that you have entered your Paypal email on the Paypal payment wizard (if you are using Paypal standard). This is where all the payments goes through when the user submits the form and complete the payment via Paypal.

So when the user submits your form and completed the transaction over Paypal, you should receive the payment right away. Otherwise if the user abandoned the form after redirected to Paypal, the submission will end up on the incomplete payment list. https://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-View-Pending-Submissions?
