I am working on a couple of long forms. It is literally taking days to complete. Is there any way to back up the form data or export the form data to ensure that it can be safely restored if anything bad happens?

Yes, use the "Clone Form" feature to create backups. Right click on your form on My Forms page and then select "Clone". Give your clones names with the date you cloned it so that it would be easier to know which clone is the latest if something happens to your form.

Thank you for your response.
After reading a number of posts of people wondering what happened to their forms on August 30th if I knew that there was a backup copy on a backup server or a way to export the form to be able to upload it again if there were any other server issues would give peace of mind after spending DAYS on building a big giant form :)
So far I am very impressed with the form options and the ease of use. I am going to go live with the forms later this week and look forward to growing my site features with your form tools.
