Submissions data entered into form is missing when editing form

I have a registration form, and one of the entries has a small typo. Usually, I just go to the submission, click Edit and change it. But now when I click Edit, it completely resets the submission entry. Is anyone else seeing that? How do I fix it? Tried this in both Firefox and Chrome with the same results.

Having the same problem. I don't think the submission has been rest, it's just showing me a blank form. This has been going on all morning (I am in the UK) despite replies from Jotform that the problem has been fixed!  And before anyone asks me again, yes I have flushed the DNS cache, yes I have flushed the browser caches and also tried different browsers and yes I have cleared the Jotform cache.

Can you please check if the same issue is still present for you? We have reported it and it seems to be resolved by now, but just in case that there are any issues for you, do let us know and we will raise this to our developers.

@yantiang I see that my colleague has already raised this for you on your thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/610661

Please do let us know there if by some chance the edit option is still not working for you - I can confirm that it is working for me and I am also in Europe, just like my colleague for whom it is also working at this time.

Working just fine now. Thanks for such a quick turnaround!
