I try to view a report and get access denied and am asked for a password. I'm already logged in, but try my password and it does not work. the survey is not on a website, and I have about 30 submissions

I've just checked your reports and saw that you have enabled the password protection for both of your forms. To disable it, follow these steps below:
- Go to My Forms page,
- Click on the said form and select Reports,
- Click on Csv Report,
- Disable the password protection.Follow the steps above to disable the password protection for your Excel Report too.If you have any other concerns, feel free to contact us.
