Fillable PDF Creator: Not working, it shows an XML error message

    This is really annoying I want to create a fillable pdf and a normal pdf of a survey I have created to give my boss a hard copy this is proving to be impossible!! I have attached a screen print of the error message.  bring back Form Central all is forgiven!

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    I have cloned your form for testing purposes and I was able to replicate the problem.

    I will escalate this to our developers to have it checked and fixed. We will update you on this thread when we hear any news.

    This should now be fixed.  Let us know if you have any further trouble creating fillable PDF's of your forms and we will be happy to have another look.

    Right the pdf creator does work however, the design and formatting is not being kept and the fonts are being changed, I have attached the pdf that was created for you to look at which I am sure you will agree does not look great!
    Any advice??
