Mobile Widget isn't working correctly

It doesn't show the full form??? (under adoption application)

To my understanding you said you are having an issue with getting your form to appear on mobile and when I tested this I found that I am able to replicate the same issue on your website.

However, after I tested this on your form as a standalone furthermore I found that it isn't our form causing this issue since your form by itself is working normally on mobile.

First try embedding the iframe code of your form to see if that will help to resolve it. If not and it is still and issue then I would advise checking to see if there are any mobile settings for your webhost that you might need to enable.

On my phone it doesn't show unless I click the web version of my website. I'll try the iframe and see if that works.
