We have an account with you guys. I was hired about 2 months ago and the person that set up our account with you left the company a month ago. So there wasn't a lot of time to do a transfer of information. I only discovered that we have an account with you is through an invoice email. However, no one here (finance, hr, marketing or it) is aware of the username and password. Can we get this information from you?

Your username is "StandardTools" and your email address for password reset purposes is "firstname.lastname@example.org". You should be able to send a password reset using that username and retrieve it from that email address.
