I'm having trouble importing a form from a website. Can you advise on the steps involved?

    Hello:
     
    When I try to import the form I get the following message:
     
    Unauthorized request. You do not have access to this form
     
    Here is the URL of the form:
    http://form.jotform.ca/form/51896473674269
     
    Can you advise on the steps involved?  Have I missed something?

    If you are not the owner of that form, that you'll have to ask permission to the user in order to clone it.
