    Hi,

You can also read more details about our form's new feature here

As to your inquiry, the answer is yes. You just need to have the private key with you at all times by downloading it.

Thank you. I appreciate your help. Unfortunately, I'm having trouble with downloading the key to my phone. It works perfectly on my computer, but not on my phone. Is there an app that I should use to store the key on my phone?

Will you be able to send the private key file from the computer to your phone? You can probably use Bluetooth file transfer or just email the file to your self and then download it on the phone.

Once the private file is now on your phone, you can now upload it when the pop-up screen to use the private key file comes up.

I tried emailing the key. Got an error saying the browser doesn't support it. should I use a mail client rather than browser?

When I log into jotform in the browser and click "view submissions" it's not prompting me to import private key. This is with my iPhone.
It works on computer. I'm not getting prompted to upload a key in the app either.

I've tried viewing the encrypted submissions using my android phone on both JotForm App and mobile browser. It doesn't seem to be working with JotForm App since it is not prompting to upload the key. However using the mobile browser, though it is prompting with the pop-up to upload the private key I couldn't upload due to fixed position of the pop-up. I'm not sure at the moment on this issue if that supports to view encrypted responses using JotForm mobile app. Let me forward the issue to our next level support so that it can be addressed with accurate information.

    Thank you for your patience.

This thread shall be addressed with the issue of Mobile App only since I've moved the issue with mobile browser to a separate thread that allows me to forward to our backend team separately.
