I am having trouble printing a PDF version of the form.

When I select the PDF print option the form does not format properly. Parts of the text are off the top of the page or under the text boxes. Could you take a look at this? The form I am working on is called Julie's Management Plan.

Unfortunately, the PDF submission cannot be formatted the same way as the form, this is something that has been requested before and hopefully it will implemented sooner than later.
