How do I receive files that were uploaded in the file upload field of my form?

I'm creating a form that requires someone to upload a file. I just did a test run and can't figure out how to get the file I uploaded. Where in jotform is it stored? How can I receive it?

You can view the submissions including the uploaded files in the form's View Submissions page.
