    Cannot make my form to deliver information to another email

    even though I changed the delivery address to isela@nationwidesfi.com, I still receive the forms on gary@nationwidesfi.com... any help?

    It seems you sorted this out by yourself, I see the first email in the form.

    However, the former email address is still in your Jotform account's profile, so every time you create a new form and a new notification, it will show this by default. So, please update it in your Account's profile.
