    Hello Benjamin,

Unfortunately we do not have such feature yet.

Let me create a feature request ticket and send it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update form them.

For now, I would suggest you to please take a look at our "Draw On Image" widget and see if this fits into your requirement.

    Thank you!

    Hi there,
I did notice the draw on image widget are you able to have that as a set component of your form or do you have to add that with each separate form that is filled out. Also when a form is submitted where does the form go? Is it emailed to you or is uploaded onto the jotform login? I wanted to know whether it was able to be output as a pdf file?

    Hello Benjamin,

are you able to have that as a set component of your form or do you have to add that with each separate form that is filled out.

Once you add "Draw On Image" widget in your form, it will always be displayed every time someone loads the form. You do not have to upload / change the image for every submission. The notes users add on image will be part of that specific submission and will not be added to the original image. Please check the screenshot below:

Also when a form is submitted where does the form go? Is it emailed to you or is uploaded onto the jotform login?

When the form is submitted, it will be saved in your form's submission page and it will also be added in the submission email you receive. Please check the screenshot below for my test submission email:

I wanted to know whether it was able to be output as a pdf file?

You can download your submission record in PDF file as well. The following guide should help you on how to export submissions to csv/excel or PDF:  https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Partially-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

You can also add {pdf-link} tag in your form's notification email template as well. When you receive the submission emails, it will have a clickable link which will allow you to download the submissions in PDF:

Alternatively, you can also download your submission PDF from your form's submission page as well. Please check the screenshot below:

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
