I have cleared my cache and tried both IE and Firefox browsers. I need to be able to modify my form and actually use it in a timely manner. I upgraded to the Professional level and am already questioning that decision.

I cloned the form and was able to save some changes.
Then I logged into your account and was able to save a minor text label change. I change it back and it saved again, without any issues.
Is there a specific change that you made that you aren't able to save? Perhaps you added a widget, conditional logic, or styling that's causing it to hang for some reason.
It may also be related to browser/computer/internet speed. This form is long and it may be just taking too long and hanging up.
Can you try clearing the browser cache, or you can log in using private browsing.

I am trying to duplicate multiple fields and after I place the copied fields is when I get the Error message.

Sorry about that. I took a copy of your form and did a few changes - I see what you mean.
Your form has 892 fields - I'm not saying that's too much, but it means that editing multiple fields will require patience.
This is because all these functions run on your browser - which will task your computer's processor and memory to get things working - 892 fields will task your computer a little bit more.
I duplicated all the fields on your form (1794 fields), and saved it - I got the same error - I've notified our developers about this.
You will be updated on this thread on any progress.
In the meantime, try editing a few fields at a time, which will take less time and prevent save timeouts (the error on your screenshot).

We made some improvements to handle big forms like this.

I reduced the size of each form, however they all seem to process and save much quicker. Thanks for all your help.
