Embed form in email option. Not receiving the invitation emails.

    I have tried to send my form over and over and it never shows up at any email address I try. I do embed, choose email, fill out the info and send. Help!

    Hello essentiallydonna,

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. I checked your account and it seems you have not received any submissions.

    Do you mean to say that you are trying to send form in an email? Please let us know to which email address you are sending the form and we will check our logs. Have you checked your spam folder already? Please check your spam folder and see if the email ended up there.

     

    It seems you are trying to send the email from aol email address and that could be the issue. I would suggest you to use any other email address and that should solve your problem. Sending an email to / from AOL email address from any external application is actually know issue.

    I did test this issue by sending the form in email to my own email address and I did receive it successfully in my inbox. Please check the screenshot below:

    Do try it out again using a different email address and see if that solves your problem.
