Dropbox Integration seems working just fine.
I have just tried it here.
I'm not sure what's breaking your Dropbox Integration, it could be an updates done on the Dropbox end or if your Dropbox limit has reached its limit. Kindly check your limit. Other than that, may I suggest to re-integrate your form to Dropbox if it's still not receiving data from your form. This should resolve the problem.
