Our “return form” was created through JotForm, check your Project List doc to see the login information for this program.

While using the browser Firefox, the following problems are occurring when a customer is trying to fill out our websites return form:

Issue 1:  Customer Address 1 COUNTRY FIELD - Does not allow you to scroll or select with your cursor in the dropdown menu. The only way to pick a country is by using an arrow on the keyboard.  We would like this fixed so that you can use the country field as a normal dropdown where you can manipulate it with the click of a mouse.

Issue 2:  REQUEST ACTION FIELD - The same thing is occurring here. It does not allow you to scroll or select with your cursor in the dropdown menu. The only way to pick a “request action” is by using an arrow on the keyboard.  We would like this fixed so that you can use the request action field as a normal dropdown where you can manipulate it with the click of a mouse.

Issue 3: Sometimes when you filling out the field titled “Detail Description of Issue - Including quantity and item numbers”, you get kicked out of the form and sent back to the returns page.  We also had it kick us out in other areas of the form, for no particular reason.

Issue 4:  The first “captcha image” security field rotates way to fast for any customer to type in a word before the word changes.

Issue 5:  You will type a letter (in any field) and for whatever reason sometimes it doesn’t appear.

    Hello,

One of our form resizer scripts is conflicting with your webpage .

It is causing most form fields and any updates on your form to be reset.

It is a standard script that comes with every form embedded on any page.

Please use the iframe embed method to prevent this from happening.

Let us know if that helps.
