I tried doing the cancellation on the website,but failed it only prompts me that the subscription was cancelled but when I log back in its still says subscribed to a plan. Please help to cancel my subscription.

Upon checking your account, I found that you have cancelled your premium monthly subscription successfully but your account will remain premium until July 31, 2015 for the time you have already paid. That is the reason why you still subscribed to premium plan still. After this date, your account will automatically downgrade to free plan.
