Could you please elaborate on the issue that you are experiencing with public key. This would help us in guiding you in the right direction.
While creating an encrypted form, you'll be prompted to create Encryption keys either by downloading the private keys or uploading your own public key as seen in the screenshot below.
Once the private keys are created, the key file shall be automatically downloaded to your system. If not downloaded, you may click on Download Private Key button on the next screen to download the private key. If you have upload the public key, the key is already with you.
If you want to view the submissions, you'll be prompted provide the key again to view them.
Once the key is saved, you should be able to view the submissions normally. Please be noted that this key is saved in your browser storage until you logout from your JotForm account.
If you see any issue, we request you to logout from your JotForm account and then clear the form caches and browser caches. Now, close the browser and reopen it to login into your JotForm account to view the submissions.
Please let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to take a look at the issue further.

1st) I want to elaborate on the issue that my experiencing with public key: Public key has extenstion .asc I try to upload (browse, select key, upload). Button upload not work. Maybe it is extension .asc not supported
2nd) I download private key from JotForm and save in my PC. I understand settings for create encrypted form. I create one form name Test (demo)...field all...get submission. Submission is encrypted .
How to open encrypted submission? Nowhere is option for insert private key?!

Thanks for letting us know more about public key. I've forwarded the issue to our backend team to take a look at the issue. Once we have an update on the issue, you'll be posted through this thread.
Also, I've moved your other question on viewing encrypted submissions to a separate thread and shall be addressed there shortly.

There seems to be no functional problem regarding public key upload, however, it is unresponsive: it doesn't tell whether it is successfully set or not.
In your case, it was successfully uploaded, it was then used to encrypt your submissions.
In order to use your uploaded key, just enable enryption on your form and use your private key in your submissions page to unlock the data.
I hope this helps.
We will be working on the uploder to make it responsive.

Thanks alp_deniz, I failed due to the stacking of the upload key button too... I'll change the public key from my profile asap, and sorry for not reading this forum before sending a support request...
