    paypal single subscription problem

Asked by thetasignal on December 06, 2011 at 03:42 AM

I'm trying to build a form for Paypal payment with only one subscription. The system tells me the following message and the form does not work:
"Since there is only one product, this item will not be seen on the form. Run wizard to update payment details."

What should I do since I only have one monthly payment program?

The form will work. When the user submits the form, he will be redirected to paypal to set up his subscription payment.

Have you tested the functionality of the form with 1 paypal 'product' out?

JotForm does not allow me to to place only one Subscription payment hence the form doesn't work.

Notice the error I'm getting: "Since there is only one product, this item will not be seen on the form. Run wizard to update payment details." - so I'm left with no items on the form.

I tried placing the code on my site but the form does not work like it says in the error message.

Can you provide an ID/URL of the form you have been working on?

If its necessary to show the Paypal field with only one 'Product' on it, you can add it a second 'product' and we can hide that option with some Custom CSS. It should work well.

    Hi Javier,

As what my colleague suggested above, you have to add another product on your form so it can be seen on live preview. After that, provide to us your form URL so we could hide the second product using custom css codes if possible.

We'll wait for your response. Thank you so much!
