is there an HTTPS version of my form?

    our server uses HTTPS. My form is not loading because it is being blocked as unsecure content from JotForms.

    Is there an HTTPS url for my form available?

    Hi,

    Yes there is.  While you are getting the embed code, check the "Secure Form" box:

    That will change the embed code to the HTTPS version.
