Login Problems

Hello, Every time I login I have to reset my credentials. What would be the reason

for the Jotform platform to cause this issue; as it is not occurring on other platforms.

Hi Sandy,

If you know the password, why would you reset it? Just please login using your username and password instead of email and password, especially, if that gives you some problems.

Also, try to clear your cookies for Jotform before logging in. Here's how to clear specific cookies:
