Renew Subscription

    Hello,

     

    My account page says I need to renew my subscription. I tried to do so (monthly at 9.95) and it is not working. Please advise.

    Hello Crystal,

    I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. You currently have an active premium monthly subscription which is in good shape. 

    You do not have to anything, your account is set to auto renew on July 17, 2015. Please click on the following URL to upgrade your payment method:  https://sites.fastspring.com/interlogy/order/s/INT150417-4722-21948S
