i just requested a form to be built, i need to add some more specs to it before you build it

The specification have to do with the amount of urls they can add, if they buy 5 package then they can add up to 5 if they buy 10 they can add up to 10 if they buy 25 package they can add up to 25 urls and keywords, if they buy 50 they can add up to 50 urls and 50 keywords.
