Good morning -
I have two main issues:
1. When a person submits a form, there is no Thank You Message that appears and goes straight to a blank page. I've tried looking through the forum for others that had this issue, and I couldn't find a reason why this would not work. I've attached a screen shot to show you all what I'm currently seeing.2. On this same form (and others), I need the person to be able to get a reply message that shows everything that they filled out. I followed the necessary steps - I believe - but I can't get any email confirmations.
Any help would be greatly appreciated...

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience this have caused you. We are aware of this problem and rest assured that it is being worked on. This is related to the "Attach PDF" option. Kindly uncheck that option for now as that would resolve the issue you're having.
I have escalated this to our developers. You will be receiving updates regarding this via this thread. Thank you.

This is now fixed. You can now attach the PDF back on email notifications.
