Phone input field displaying wrong

I opened my form in the designer and after that my form fields were all justified. For the most part this is fine except for the phone number which has two inputs (area code and main number). It looks confusing and the layout is bad.

Enabling "Input Mask" for your phone field should condense the field down to a single entry and provide a much clearer indication of what data is expected:
