I do not always get notifications. The most recent was this morning ID: 312869963812265104. This has happened about 3 time in the last 2 weeks. It concerns me because I do not know if my customer got their auto-reply.
Also, is there a way to force a notification if I don't get it? I know I can view it and even forward it to me but I have the notifications set up like invoices so it looks more professional. Thank you
I see that the emails for the submissions are sent without any issue from our end.
We request you to take a look at the following guide that helps you in troubleshooting email delivery issues.
It seems that you are using custom set email to send these notifications. You may also try using Mandrill to send emails to see if that helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
Still NOT receiving notifications! Please help.
I can't do a test submission because there is a condition in your form asking for the buyer's email. Since there is an autoresponder configured in your email alerts then an email will be sent to one of the buyers.
So I just check the email notifications set up, I can see that it is configured correctly. Since your using the same email on both sender email and recipients, would you like to try changing the sender email to email@example.com and check if it works.
Have you already checked the spam or junk folders? Make sure that there are no spam filters. Thank you.
