ac_partiesAsked on July 16, 2015 at 12:14 PM
My user name is ac_parties. On the form that I have I created a field that ask for a code. When guest go to file out that form I only want the code that I provided to be accepted. So how can I make that happen so people won't be able to create their own code and put it in?

Hi,
If you only want people with your code to be able to submit the form, you could conditionally hide the captcha and submit button until the proper code is entered. Add a form collapse to your form:
Then conditionally show the form collapse when the proper code is entered:
This way, only people with your code would be able to submit the form. Here is my test form so you can see how it works:

Enter 1234 as the code.
If you would like different functionality, let us know and we can likely assist you with whatever you need.

Aside from adding the form collapse field to your form above the captcha, I forgot to mention how to setup conditions in your form. Here is a more in depth guide on how to do so:
http://www.jotform.com/help/57-Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic
You would be using the show/hide from field condition. That condition would be setup similar to the one in my post above. You would replace "1234" with your code.
This condition would show everything contained under the "submit" form collapse only when the proper code is entered.
You can clone the form to see exactly how it is setup if you would like:
